The Xuron® Model 2175B Track Cutter's blades feature Micro-Shear® blade bypass cutting action which leaves clean square cuts on HO, N, and Z (code 100) without the need for filing or finishing in most cases.

The Xuron® Model 2175B Track Cutter features Micro-Shear® blade bypass cutting action which leaves clean square cuts on HO, N, and Z (code 100) track made from both brass and nickel-silver. Unlike conventional cutter blades that meet edge-to-edge and often crush and pinch the rail, this cutter eliminates the need for filing or finishing in most cases.

Optimized specifically for cutting model railroad track, the Xuron® Model 2175B Track Cutter is manufactured from high-carbon steel with a non-glare finish and requires less squeezing than conventional compression-type cutters. Cushioned Xuro-Rubber™ hand grips and a Light Touch™ return spring add to the ease-of-use benefits this bypass track cutter provides.
