Samsung TV Plus To Broadcast KCON LA 2026 Globally for K-pop Enthusiasts
Samsung Electronics is set to enhance global accessibility to K-pop, as Samsung TV Plus, its complimentary streaming service, will live-stream KCON LA 2026. From August 14 to 16, audiences in 17 countries, including France, India, Thailand, the U.K., and the U.S., will gain access to the event.

Hosted at Crypto.com Arena and the Los Angeles Convention Center, KCON LA 2026 represents a significant cultural phenomenon in the K-pop and K-culture realm. Since its inception in 2012, the festival has spearheaded the globalization of Korean entertainment. Samsung TV Plus will deliver performances from the TOYOTA MUSIC DEN STAGE and M COUNTDOWN STAGE via the CJ ENM K-POP channel, ensuring that fans worldwide can partake in the festivities remotely.
Immersive At-Home Experience
Samsung is committed to optimizing the at-home viewing experience through its integrated ecosystem. Features like SmartThings reminders on smartphones or Samsung TVs will allow users to prepare for daily broadcasts. Additionally, those with compatible Samsung devices can adjust lighting and sound settings to create a concert atmosphere at home.

Samsung TV Plus, available on Smart TVs, Smart Monitors, Family Hub, and Galaxy devices, offers over 4,000 hours of Korean programming. The collaboration with CJ ENM, a leader in Korean entertainment, expands this offering with channels like CJ ENM K-POP, CJ ENM K-Stories, and more, providing a comprehensive gateway to Korean culture.
With over 100 million monthly active users, Samsung TV Plus supports nearly 5,000 ad-supported linear channels across 30 countries, continuing to facilitate global access to Korean entertainment.
