Schell Brothers Turns Parade of Homes into a Month of Giving in Middletown
Four signature homes. Three Saturdays. Three great causes. Plenty of surprises.
MIDDLETOWN, Del., Sept. 11, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — This September, Schell Brothers is opening the doors to four of its signature model homes at Monarch in Middletown for the company’s first-ever Parade of Homes but this monthlong celebration is about much more than beautiful homes.
Across three Saturdays, guests will experience home design, local food, live music, Schell Brothers signature Tipsy Blokes beer and spirits, and a few unexpected surprises along the way all while supporting organizations making a difference in the community. One hundred percent of proceeds from ticketed events will benefit the participating charities.
At the heart of the Parade are four of Schell Brothers’ signature floor plans — The Bridgeport, The Cassidy, The Chesapeake and The Shearwater — each with its own personality, professionally designed interiors and unexpected surprises waiting inside.
Guests can explore all four homes, gather fresh ideas and inspiration, and experience the details, design and craftsmanship that make each home completely different from the next.
“We could have simply opened four beautiful homes and called it a Parade of Homes, but that didn’t feel like us,” said Alyssa Titus, Director of Marketing for Schell Brothers. “We wanted people to come out, have a great time, experience Monarch, the Schell Brothers’ Difference and, at the same time, help us raise money for organizations doing meaningful work. That’s the part I’m most excited about.”
Three Saturdays. Three Experiences. Three Great Causes.
Dine & Design — September 12, 1–5 p.m.
An afternoon celebrating local food and home design, benefiting the Delaware Restaurant Foundation.
Monarch Soundcheck — September 19, 1–5 p.m.
Live music, beautiful homes and an afternoon at Monarch benefiting the Gibby & Everett Foundation.
Pours for Nemours — September 26, 1–5 p.m.
Beer and spirits close out the Parade, benefiting Nemours Children’s Hospital.
Throughout each event, guests can explore all four model homes while enjoying the atmosphere and entertainment taking place throughout Monarch.
“Building houses is obviously what we do, but creating happiness and bringing people together has always been a huge part of who we are,” Titus said. “If we can introduce people to Monarch, support local businesses and raise meaningful dollars for three great causes all at the same time, that’s a pretty great Saturday.”
The Schell Brothers Parade of Homes at Monarch takes place September 12, 19 and 26 from 1–5 p.m. in Middletown, Delaware.
Tickets and complete event information are available through the Schell Brothers Parade of Homes website.
