Sneaky Sasquatch brings exciting updates to Apple Arcade
Fans of Sneaky Sasquatch are in for an exciting experience on Apple Arcade with a new crossover event, a fresh adventure, and special birthday stickers for Messages.
Starting today, an exclusive crossover with Subway Surfers+ kicks off, and on September 17, a birdwatching update will add even more excitement.
Today marks the beginning of the summer’s most thrilling crossover, available solely on Apple Arcade. Until October 7, Sneaky Sasquatch will bring its unique style to the world of Subway Surfers+. Players can explore a redesigned level inspired by Sasquatch Valley, replacing the usual gold coins with raccoon coins, and seeing the security guard in a ranger disguise. They can also unlock four character skins and two special hoverboards. This, however, is not the end of the thrills — a significant update is set to arrive on September 17, promising even more fun for fans.
According to Alex Rofman, Apple’s senior director of Apple Arcade, “Sneaky Sasquatch is the most beloved game on Apple Arcade and has had one of the most passionate communities of players since day 1.” He added that the crossover with Subway Surfers+ and the birdwatching update are just the latest features for Sneaky Sasquatch enthusiasts, with more exciting updates expected in the coming months.
The extensive list of adventures in Sneaky Sasquatch will soon include birdwatching, alongside activities like skiing on snowy slopes, racing customized cars, and even playing the role of a doctor. From September 17, over 30 bird species will populate the game’s world, ready to be photographed and logged. Players can capture images and submit them to the birder to add to the bird database, earning rewards for their efforts. Each photo will be evaluated based on composition and subject, with additional points awarded for capturing rare birds, new sightings, or multiple birds in one shot.
As part of Sneaky Sasquatch’s birthday celebration, new stickers for Messages are now available, featuring 11 festive designs. These stickers join the existing pack, which includes playful expressions and campground antics.
